A message dated July 3, 2007, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 184(FIN)                                                                               
     "An Act relating to a commemorative troops license plate; relating                                                         
     to registration of vehicles for disabled persons; relating to the                                                          
     anatomical gift awareness fund; and providing for an effective
